Symptoms or Error

During an online authentication, users with an expired Worx PIN and certificate only authentication will display a blank screen instead of a Worx PIN reset prompt.??

Devices Affected

  • iOS and Android devices
  • Worx Home?? 10.3, and 10.3.1

Solution

The public release fix for this will be available in Worx Home 10.3.5

Workaround

Previously the only workaround was to re-enroll the device.?? In an effort to avoid user re-enrollment, we encourage those who may be effected to implement the workaround described below.

1. Login to the XenMobile console.
2. Navigate to Settings > Client Properties
3. Look for “PASSCODE_EXPIRY” under key column in the table(if not listed in the current table, click “>” button below the table to see the other properties )
4. Select “PASSCODE_EXPIRY” by clicking the checkbox
5. Click on Edit button
5. Change the “Value” entry to 135
6. Click on save.
7.Affected users will need to Sign Off/On to Worx Home.
