Error "Worxhome could not connect error" when trying to connect to WorxStore.

Symptoms or Error

The following error is displayed when connecting to WorxStore:
WorxHome could not connect


Solution

Complete the following steps to troubleshoot this issue:

  1. Ensure that public enrollment FQDN points to correct MDM load balancer and NetScaler Gateway FQDN points to NetScaler Gateway VIP.

  2. Remove the domain and Web Interface field entries from mobile session policy in NetScaler.

  3. Modify the LDAP policy so that UPN is only used for SSO with App Controller.

  4. If user wants to use SAM account name as ServerAttributeName in LDAP policy on gateway and XenMobile server then ensure to enter correct SSO domain in the OS session profile.
    Note??that sAMAccountName is supported only for single domain environment.
